I quite agree with you that it takes a lot of gut to do what my friend’s boss did. However, everyone desire the result. It is a great lesson to any entrepreneur who dream of becoming successful in business. Especially in Nigeria where the competition is keen and the challenges in the business sector is great. It is far cheaper to keep a client you have than to get a new prospect.

Your friend’s boss is a PRO @ doing business. There’s a huge possibilty that if I were in his shoes, I would have vexed seriously with the client. Nothing pisses me off like warning someone about taking a particular action and when shit hits the ceiling they come running back with their tail between their legs.
Lord grant us all the patience to handle such clients with delicacy.
