Philosophy and Strategy
Our team-building philosophy is built around a dynamic strategy used by our team leaders which will ensure each members success. Every member is guaranteed 2 referrals, which may or may not be the same ones that were referred by you. We direct all referrals to our Board Builders for placement; this will benefit the team as a whole, not any one individual. The strategy used is moving people through the boards consistently and quickly.
NOTICE: As you cycle off the Holiday Board $1000 is earned. Part of BEST_Team strategy
requests that each member use this to further advance the team’s strategy. This strategy will
help each of us reach the $10,000 board quicker. There are also requirements when you cycle off the Diamond Board and earn your $10,000, to place additional positions in the team, which will give you extra earning potential. Please ask your referrer to explain in detail to see if you are in agreement with our mission and strategy. These requirements and strategies will change as our team grows. Keep in mind BEST_Team is not looking for short term gratification. We are building for long term Financial Freedom. Our strategy will allow all team members to earn a very substantial long term income.
Requirements
1. ENTRY FEE: Each new prospect agrees to pay US $325.00 (includes payment processing fees). Please follow their sponsor's directions exactly. You will be a member of BEST_Team as soon as you purchase a pin through our team leaders. We buy multiple pins in one transaction to enable our board builders to move rapidly. You may or may not be placed in Diamond Holiday as soon as you purchase your pin; this all depends on how many boards we need to move at the time. You will be notified as soon as you are placed.
2. We also build the board structure sequentially through a "hands on" method that accelerates everyone's movement through the boards fairly and ethically. Our payment methods are always evolving... we are currently taking PayPal, AlertPay, MoneyGram, and Bank Wire Transfers. Ask your sponsor which method of payment you will be using. Keep in mind that there may be fees included with your chosen method of payment.
3. VERY IMPORTANT: Please remember you will get referrals so do not sign up members directly from your link. No One gets more than 2 referrals. If a BEST_Team member does start signing up members directly under their own DH link they will be doing an injustice to the members coming in, as this will create an imbalance to the strategy that is used and may cause these members to be separated from the team, and they will not enjoy the benefits of our team strategies.
4. PROMOTE: We request that each member make the effort to invite new prospects to the team and always refer them to our Board Builders for placement. If we are all actively engaged in promoting the team then the quicker we will all reap the rewards. The more members we help to bring into the team, the more we benefit all. We understand that some may not like to call people and that is OK, we have some very good closers that will make the calls to your contacts. We will give you ideas and ways to market to help the team grow.
